 Refund And Cancellation Policy:

There will be no returns or refunds. All sales are final❌. Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded or changed for ANY REASON unless there’s an issue on my end! 

 

Shipping Policy:

I am not responsible for any lost, stolen or shipping damages, please contact your local UPS.  (Usually does NOT happen).

On Hand Orders will be shipped within 1-10 business days. ( Does not apply to Pre-orders.  Please Read Pre-Order Details To See How It Works. 

In order to ensure that you receive your package, all packages over $59.99 are delivered through UPS signature confirmation, the signature required fee of $5.55 is included in the shipping cost. In the event a customer is not at home to sign for the package after several attempts, UPS will return the package back to me. Any additional shipping the customer will be charged another shipping fee.

 

Fraud suspect activity:        

  If your order is marked as “ High Risk “ your order will be cancelled immediately!  If your order is marked as “ Medium risk “ i will contact you to provide proof of identification, if you can not provide proof of identification within 48 hours after I contact you, your order will be cancelled.  I will NOT ACCEPT high risk orders due to there being a possibility that I could get scammed or my customers being scammed.  I do this to protect my brand, if you would like to still purchase please try using a new card.             

 

Pick Up Policy: 

I only offer in person pick ups at UPS ( 520 S Jefferson Ave Saint Louis, MO 63103 United States).  I give everyone a 15 minute grace period to arrive after the agreed original time to pick up.  After the 15 minute grace period is up I will leave the UPS and you would have to get it shipped to you and pay the shipping fees.
